Hi, I’m Emily.

Most recently, I led the product and design function at HotDoc, Australia’s largest patient engagement platform. In just under two years, I launched a new product from scratch, turned around a loss-making product line, and rebuilt the product and design org from the ground up. That included hiring, mentoring, setting strategy, and driving execution. I worked closely with the CEO, CFO, and go-to-market leaders to align product bets with commercial outcomes and scale what was working.

Before that, I held senior product and strategy roles at Stripe, Redbubble, and Monitor Deloitte.

My sweet spot is the stage after product-market fit, before full-scale maturity. It’s when traction is real, but the systems to support it are still catching up. That’s where I do my best work. I bring clarity, alignment, and execution to high-growth teams. I help build the structure that supports scale without slowing anyone down. I’m not dogmatic about frameworks. I believe in just enough process to move fast, make smart decisions, and build sustainable momentum.

More about me

 

I’ve worked across product, strategy, and operations, from launching new products to building the systems that support scale. Over the years, I’ve led product and design functions, built partnerships with major financial institutions, and founded a cybersecurity startup. I began my career in consulting, which gave me the toolkit to learn quickly, ask the right questions, and solve complex problems. Since then, I’ve focused on helping high-growth companies align their strategy, teams, and execution.

Outside of work, I’ve captained the Australian national dragon boat team, earning 16 international medals across two Asian Championships and a World Championship. I also co-founded a self-serve frozen yogurt business, volunteered at the 2010 Winter Olympics, and am currently an aspiring cryptic crossword completionist. I enjoy a good challenge, whether that’s in a product, a company or a puzzle grid.
